Privacy and data
Your work belongs in your workspace.
Founder Lab collects only the information needed to review cohort fit, create a private workspace, and operate the 90-day member experience.
Last updated September 17, 2026What is stored
- Identity and profile: the verified identifier, email, and name supplied through ChatGPT sign-in, plus the business profile you provide.
- Application: contact details, business context, cohort-fit answers, commitment confirmation, and an attached diagnostic when you choose to include one.
- Private workspace: diagnostic answers and scores, 90-day plans, weekly missions, check-ins, evidence, and founder reflections.
- Active-member room: specific peer asks and contributions are visible to authorized active cohort members. Private plans, diagnostics, and reflections are not posted to the Peer Room.
What is not collected here
Founder Lab does not collect or store card details. If you are accepted, Consumer51 invoices you outside this site. Drafts inside the Value, Visibility, and Velocity brief builders remain on the current page unless you copy them.
Access and protection
Private workspace access is tied to the server-side member record associated with your verified ChatGPT identity. Preview accounts cannot access the Peer Room, live-session destinations, or active-member updates. Avoid entering client-confidential information, passwords, regulated data, or sensitive personal information.
Retention and requests
Founder Lab does not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion date. Records are retained to support application review and the member workspace until they are removed through an administrative request. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact Ari through banarijit.com. Deleting a workspace also removes its saved operating history and may end portal access.
